Had 4 chest xrays earlier this year and apron only went up to belly button - can that effect my egg quality/quantity? trying to get pregnant.

Essentially no: 4 two view chest xrays would be a very low dose to your ovaries. It would not effect fertility. But, radiation can cause damage to the genetic material in an egg, usually in doses many more times what you've received. The exact threshold dose to do this is not exactly known. Your dose should be considered safe but, it is good to be aware and avoid unneccessary x-rays. But when you need it , get it.
