I am consistently not getting enough sleep lately, or sleeping in late, my heart is acting up weird. it feels like my life is flashing through my eyes?

Heart acting weird: You didn't give us much to go on here but if you're not sleeping well then it could make your heart feel a little... Weird, I guess. Especially if you're taking stimulants or energy drinks to keep you up. Sounds like you should talk with your PCP about your sleeping issue.

Recently,I my sleep starting to act strange:I woke up 1-2 h early,I feel no energy,lack/hunger of food,and rapid heart rate.I eat healthy,exercise.
I get hot flashes right as I am about to fall asleep, I am so tired then bam my heart races, prickly heat, anxiety, sweat no sleep again and again.
I have dizziness, hot and cold flashes, blurred vision, migraines, fatigue, and constant exhaustion no matter how much sleep i get. Also heart burn.
