Vomiting: Many of your symptoms are not specific to just one illness. It is possible you have infectious gastroenteritis (mostly caused by viruses, a "stomach flu"), but it is also possible you have a life threatening illness, especially when you mention symptoms of blurry vision. Go to the ER or an urgent care center immediately. Dial 911 if you are unable to safely transport yourself there.
