Ear cartilage dislocate? i get terrible pain outside ear. very painful to touch and move jaw. if i pull my earlobe a bit it will pop and pain stops.

Ear pain: if you have had some sort of trauma or surgery it may be possible for the cartilage to click or pop. However it sounds more likely that you are have issues with your TMJ or hinge joint of your jaw. That is located in that area. You can place your finger in front of your ear, and feel the joint when you open and close your mouth. It can be very painful. Certainly have your doctor check.
