Here are some ...: Good question! Normally, For men, no visible discharge exists if you no sexual arousal; if aroused, in time, you will see clear lubricating, slightly sticky fluid sips out urethral opening (meatus), but varying in amount reflecting degree of arousal & erection, that may occur while awake or sleep (nocturnal emission) & is normal lubricant for vaginal preparation. Otherwise, STD-related urethritis.
