See your GYN MD: Depending on your age these may be normal vaginal secretions. Ages about 16 - 26 are likely the most desirable for child bearing and your body may just be reacting more for this purpose. Perhaps you are having erotic dreams and your body is reacting in this way -- similar to male nocturnal emissions ("wet dreams").
