I'm having penile discarge only during sleep mostly in the morning.the content is not semen its clear and cloudy doesnt look normal.isit a disease?

Not a disease: What you describe is probably normal. During sexual arousal, a lubricating fluid is released into the urethra and emerges from the tip of the penis. Many young men have sexual arousal during sleep; some even have orgasm and ejaculation. (That is called nocturnal emission.) If you have no other symptoms besides this, it is nothing to worry about.

Possible infection: The penile discharge may be a sign of infection. See a health care provider for examination.

Penile discharge : You maybe suffering from std , specially if there's any pain or fever .. I suggest you pay a visit to a local doctor for some screening tests . Good luck
