Pre-ejeculation: fluid. What you describe is probably normal. During sexual arousal, pre-ejeculation fluid is released into the urethra and emerges from the tip of the penis. Many young men during sleep have orgasm and ejaculation. (That is called nocturnal emission.) If you have no other symptoms other than this, it is nothing to worry about.
