Get checked out: You should go back to your doctor if you are having return of symptoms or new symptoms. You should also get retested in a few weeks to ensure that your infection has cleared. If you are having fevers with this pain you should go in sooner or go to the emergency room, you may need a pelvic ultrasound to rule out a Fallopian tube abscess.
