Bleed after BM: Bleeding after a bowel movement could be from several problems but none are connected to your polycystic ovaries. You may have a hemorrhoid (most common) or you could have torn after a bowel movement. The most serious of course would be a possible cancer but this is unlikely at your age. this does deserve a visit to the doctor to exam the area and see what is causing the problem.

Vaginal bleeding: Bleeding vaginally can be seen after the increased abdominal pressure exerted with a "BM". The vaginal bleeding is unrelated to the BM, but may represent abnormal hormonal production from your ovaries, which causes heavy tissue buildup in the womb. This can cause bleeding which is not related to a true period. With PCOS, this is common. See your healthcare provider for an exam and testing.
