Go to ER today: Your symptoms are very concerning, spitting up blood, fever, muscle inflammation and rash. Need to go to Emergency room for urgent evaluation as these are very serious symptoms. Not sure if you are coughing up blood, if so need Chest Xray . Or if spitting up blood from GI tract, stomach,etc which requires different workup. Hope you are able to get some help today, sounds potentially very serious
