I assume throat culture has been negative. No exposure to tobacco,unusual spicy foods, No GERD. No allergies or chronic nasal congestion. No exposure to environmental irritants. No mononucleosis. A consultation at a department of otolaryngology at university hospital near you would be my recommendation.

It is not possible to diagnose your problem without a thoro physical and further testing which cannot be done in this forum. Re. you go to an academic center with all your test and exam reports. Hope you feel better
