My face, neck and ears are blood red and very hot but no fever. my head and neck hurt too, what is wrong with me? i had a ct done and its normal.

Would need more info: How long has this been going on, does anything make it better, recent colds or other illness, medications you take would all be important questions. Ruling out infection of sinuses, teeth, throat, or soft tissues of the neck, is the first priority. Dehydration and muscle tension are responsible for most headaches. Flushing could be due to anything from common allergies to rare vascular conditions
