My 3 year old has 1 dark red spot on the top of her mouth. no swelling or redness anywhere else. no fever. just noticed it today. what could this be?

Too early to tell: One red spot of one day's duration wld be very hard to diagnose esp in the absence of other symptoms. Best weld be to observe her for a few days and if new spots develop or other signs and symptoms develop take her to her pediatrician or a dermatologist.. If u r very worried u can do so now.
