What is the best position for a tilted uterus in order to concieve? and if your period comes on 22 day for a new cycle, would that be a 21 day cycle?

Not applicable: As long as your reproductive system is healthy, the position of the non-pregnant uterus does NOT affect the ability to get pregnant. In fact most women's uterus are tilted one way or another. Some are even bent (flexed). I don't know how you're counting the length of your cycle, but one day +/- makes no difference. As a mother of 4 with a retroflexed uterus, I wish you the best!
