I : I suggest you may get a full medical check up first. There could be numerous medical reasons for feeling tired and most of them could be effectively treated. Starting with a family doctor often helps to discover causes of tiredness quickly. If medical examination turns out to be negative, then it makes a good sense to look for emotional causes of this symptom. In that case a referral to see a psychiatrist may be in order.
