What can be done about my pelvic pain, i have a 2.7 cm complex cysts lt ovary, 2cm rt complex cysts, 3 fibroids and 5 nabothian cysts. my lymph nodes are all silent from neck to groin and my ob doesn't want to do anything?

These findings on pelvic imaging may or may not have anything to do with your pelvic pain. If your gynecologist offers no solutions, get a second opinion.
