Rectal Bleeding: It seems you got blood from the rectum and need to get yourself checked by your Doctor You may have Hemorroids and if none found on exam you may need a colonoscopy as it may be coming from colon polyp or rectal polyp,or inflammation like ulcerative colitis or crohn's disease

Be seen: First off, since you are female, try to determine whether the blood is coming from your anus or your vagina. If the blood is coming from your anus then this may be a small internal hemorrhoid or an anal fissure. Since this is the first time you've had this, go see your regular doctor to get this checked out. If this is hemorrhoids, increase your fiber intake so your stool is consistently soft.
