Go see ur OB doc: Anyone in their 3 trimester with spotting needs to see their doc. Since I cannot ask you more questions in this limited format, I have to refer you to your ob. It could be anything from Placenta Previa to hemorrhoids. Can't make an educated diagnosis without an exam. Good luck.
