Possible: Hiv is transmitted by the transfer of body fluids from someone infected with the virus to someone else who does not have the virus. It the finger has breaks in the skin (cuts or sores), it would be possible to transmit or receive the virus by contact with someone else.

No risk, no worry: In theory it could happen, if the finger had a fresh cut and the woman had HIV. But there has never been a reported case of HIV known to have been transmitted by vaginal or anal fingering, even though there must have been millions (or billions?) of such exposures, including millions that included nicks or cuts on the fingers. The risk is zero for all practical purposes. Don't worry about it.
