HIV transmission: Hiv is transmitted by body fluids. So if he did not lick his finger first, you hsould nto get it from just fingering you.

Doubtful,but: It depends somewhat on the condition of the finger & the HIV status of the person using it. If the finger has poorly tended nails with tiny breaks in the skin or a bloody cut, it could expose you to the virus. Some HIV positive individuals on therapy have a very low viral load & are less likely to pass it.
