Varies: I am sorry you are not doing better, hopefully will resolve over time; I would certainly let your surgeon know. Most common causes of posterior knee pain after a partial menisectomy would include : persistent effusion/bakers cyst, recurrent tear, or underlying chondromalacia that was not addressed in surgery. Again, I would let your surgeon know you are having problems.
