Not Chiari: In Chiari malformation, a small part of the cerebellum protrudes through the bottom opening of the skull called the foramen magnum into the cervical spine where the spinal cord starts. This can cause various neurological symptoms including headache. But there is no connection at all between Chiari malformation and FEVER. See your primary doctor to be evaluated.
