Possibly : Tamsulosin is an alpha blocker drug, which is used to help relieve urinary symptoms from prostate enlargement. Some side effects include dizziness and lightheadedness which may be worsened on nitrate preparations taken for high blood pressure. It is also possible for pressure to drop when sensitive individuals take both of these drug classes. Talk to your doctor about side effect profiles
