Flomax (tamsulosin): Flomax (tamsulosin) is a alpha-blocker and the main side-effect is 'hypotension' especially upon standing. You will become light-headed and may fail. It also may decrease or eliminate the ejaculation volume. This is not bad but concerns many patients.
