Dizziness: Tamsulosin should not interact with glyburide or metformin. The drug is known to cause potential dizziness or aesthenia (feelings of weakness) and if you are on metoprolol for high blood pressure these are side effects to watch out for. Also tamsilosin can cause "floppy iris syndrome" so need to inform opthomologist if any eye surgery is planned in future.
