Energy Boost: The best way to obtain natural energy is to get adequate sleep, have a proper diet and exercise regularly. Consume less simple sugars and more complex carbohydrates along with enough protein and fiber. Make sure you exercise regularly but don't exercise within 2-3 hours of going to bed. Natural energy: I am not sure what you mean by natural energy. If you are referring that you feel fatigue then you need to be evaluated as are many things i can do this. Feeling tired it's a symptom of many diseases and this is why it's important that you receive an evaluation. Conditions ranging from sleep apnea all way to malignancy can cause fatigue and all can be treated.
