Not work - play!: You have to envision your work out time differently - not as "work" time for you, but rather "play" time for you. Try to incorporate some of your exercise routine into playtime with your kids. Go biking with them, go for a hike with them in tow, go to the park and climb on the equipment . Jump rope while they play in the sandbox...it takes care of fun time with your kids and activity for you!
