Energy working work: Long shifts require breaks. Planned 2-10 minute breaks every 1.5-2 hours. If permitting, daylight exposure and exercise recommended (walk outside on a break). Avoid missing meals and add small snacks every 4 hours. Medications can be helpful but do have side effects. Hope this helps.
