Find the cause: Find out why you are sluggish without energy or strength. If there is a medical problem causing this, you need to treat it to feel back to normal, otherwise, taking energy drinks will just mask (temporarily) the effect. Are you working too much, are you not eating enough, malnutrition, not sleeping well? There are many reasons. See your doctor to have this check out. Good luck.

Exercise: The first thing is to make sure you don't have any medical issues sapping your energy. You can also have low energy from depression. If none of these issues are present, an excellent intervention is overcoming inertia and doing 4-5 days/week of exercise. Exercise should be a routine part of your day just like working. Exercise increases energy even though it takes energy to do it.

Energy: First rule out medical causes by thorough exam by your primary care doc., then life style changes if all is normal.
