Night terrors: There is some evidence that night terrors can result from being overtired, hence creating a bedtime schedule can help. Also, if chronic, waking you up around the time they may occur (first few hours of sleep) can also help. Medications are rarely needed, and one old remedy some still use is valium for short period of time.
