It depends...: This depends on what your diet is like, exposure to environmental toxins, genetics etc. Vitamins are no substitute for a healthy diet, but I advise a quality multivit,, ideally with natural E (avoid synthetic E) & the 5-MTHF form of folate, (folic acid) without additives like titanium dioxide or polyethylene glycol. Extra Vit D is wise too, depending on how much sun you get, and fish oil if you don't eat fish.
