Weight loss: At 45 there could be hormonal changes that interfere with weight loss. Also believe it or not you may not be eating enough. Make sure you eat 4-5 times a day to increase metabolism and continue your work out routine!

Patience: It sounds like you are doing a great job. The real question is how long have you been following,this regimen. It can take a whie to see results, especially if you are inconsistent. How did you figure out your caloric intake. Sometimes not eating enough can slow things,down. I'd recommend that you consult with a nutritionist about your caloric intake . Then,exercise 5X weekly, even if 30 min.
