1-2 hours...: Always discuss details with your prescriber. But if on amytriptiline regularly then likely as needed mylanta 1-2 hrs apart should be fine. Regular use means talk with prescriber for any concerns or changes in symptoms and possible desirability addressing new problems or changing current treatments (depending on why you are taking the prescribed medication).
