Can i take two zolfran 8mg and then take some mylanta i've had nausea but i've also been throwing up so mylanta can help right?

No: 16 mg of zofran (ondansetron) in one dose is too much. It can cause side effects. You should take a max of 8 mg at one time. Using other meds like maalox, milk of magnesia, pepto, or mylanta is ok.
