Urgent Issue: Pain in the lower right abdomen that spreads to back and comes in waves could be extremely serious and life threatening. This is not how Anxiety usually shows itself. This warrants you do something immediately to assure your life is not in danger. Have someone take you to the Emergency Department of the hospital now.
