Emergency: This is worrisome, and I would go to an emergency center, urgent care center, or your doctor ASAP. Sharp abdominal and lower back pain associated with radiating pain to the left shoulder could be from peritonitis. On the left side, I'd worry about diverticulitis, endometriosis, problems with your ovary or fallopian tube (like ectopic pregnancy), kidney stones or infections, etc. Check it ASAP!!
