Please help me faster ! i am having a light but uniformly bad pain at my back neck and shoulders since a week ,it passes my ear and head too!! ?

Neck/Back/Shoulder: Pain that seems to move to the head & ear, could be related to muscle tension in the shoulders and neck. Tension can come from injury, overuse or stress. Try using heating pads to the neck, shoulders & back as well as OTC pain medications as needed, like Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin, which ever you can tolerate. If the pain persists or further limits you, see your doc for further evaluation. Hope it helps
