Shoulder : Shoulder pain can be a fracture, a bruise, a torn rotator cuff tendon or cartilage, dislocation of the shoulder or collar bone. It can even be radiating from a pinched nerve in your neck. Shoulder x-rays are probably a good idea. Can you give us some more information? Does it hurt more with shoulder motion or tilting your head all the way back? Do you have any tenderness? Do you have any numbness, tingling, or weakness? Did you have a cervical spine mri?
