I have a dull pain in my upper right abdomen/ back 4 a while. i also have a uti. dr. checked my liver & gallbladder. all seemed ok. what is this pain?

Gallbladder or ulcer: Upper right abdomen pain could represent gallbladder problems. Urinary tract infections rarely cause this pain, unless kidney stone and/or kidney infection which usually causes pain to the back.
