Feb -dull ache in back on right side. dr dxd uti. pain stayed slight + another uti in sep. i had no other symptoms tho. now i have gallbladder like irritation. could it have been that all along? no other symptoms now-just pain most under rt rib now?

Gall bladder: I favor gall bladder disease as a cause of both the right upper back and right upper abdominal discomfort. In my experience a UTI with associated upper back pain would most likely be a pyelonephritis. which is a serious kidney infection usually with associated fever and chills and requires potent antibiotic treatment. This didn't appear to be your course. Bladder infections were more likely.
