No single best food: There is no single best food and/or vitamin for weight gain, or for that matter, weight loss. Your body mass index (http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/educational/lose_wt/BMI/bmicalc.htm) is 22.9 which is well in normal range 18.5-24.9. Instead of searching for single best food, try eating healthy eg DASH, Mediterranean etc. These diets have evidence & science to demonstrate health benefits.
