Glasses?: Do you wear glasses? If straining your eyes (from studying) makes it worse then i would optimize lighting, posture, take breaks, ensure that your glasses are fitted well in that order. Good nutrition may help in general but is not a specific treatment for refractory problems.

Useful tool: Similarly, this is not nutritional, but for some, the use of transparent, slightly tinted plastic overlays (can be purchased at office stores) can help decrease eye strain while reading. Try out a couple different colors, as the most helpful color tint seems to differ by the individual. Often e-readers allow you to make these types of changes to the text and screen as well.

No: Studying does not make myopia worse, your eyes probably get tired and fatigued. Get adequatel rest and use artificial lubricating eye drops as needed.
