Maybe?: Is this a trauma fracture or an avulsion of an accessory bone? How big is the fracture fragment and how much is it separated? Also how was this initially treated? All this questions have to be answered first. A majority of the Posterior Tibial Tendon inserts into this bone and Sometimes the contraction can lead to an avulsion fracture. You need to be casted and off weight bearing for 2 months.
