I have a split between 2 of my toes that won't heal with antiseptic. i try to keep it dry and with antiseptic- do i need fungal cream?

Get cracking: Yes. I would also try soaking your foot in a weak vinegar solution.( 1 -2 teaspoons to a half gallon of water.) Stop the antiseptic for now.
