See a dermatologist: First confirm that it is fungus. The pills- terbinafine- are still by far the most effective treatment. Now they are generic, a 3 month treatment costs $10. They are quite safe except not to be used if you have hepatitis. Meanwhile, keep toenails short + ventillated. Never sleep in sox.
