No problems: Unless your dentist has specifically instructed you to refrain from exercising, moderate physical activity should not affect your procedure. Too much rest would not slow down the recovery.

Follow instructions: Many dental procedures allow exercise within several hours after the treatment. If you are following your dentist's instructions regarding exercise and recovery time, your mouth and tooth should heal properly. Take care.
