Good job: Yes, no problem. Exercise can enhance weight loss when dieting, but ultimately a healthy diet is the most important strategy for losing weight. You must be doing a great job to lose 2 pounds a week. I advise taking a good multivitamin to make sure you are getting adequate nutrients. Even if you are busy try to do some activity like walking or biking regularly to enhance fitness and reduce stress.
