Pressure: Internal pressure on the nerves in that area can cause numbness. Pressure could be from sinusitis or from a tooth infection (yes, even if you have no pain). Please see a dentist and have your teeth evaluated, and a physician if your teeth are not contributing to your problem. All the best...
