YOU MAY HAVE A DRY SOCKET IN EXTRACTION SITE. NO BLOOD CLOT FORMED AND YOU HAVE EXPOSED BONE THAT IS PAINFUL.IF SWELLING ,THAN A POSSIBLE INFECTION AND ANTIBIOTICS ARE NEEDED. IF DRY SOCKET THAN A PASTE ON A GAUZE SHOULD BE PLACED IN SOCKET.
